Amazing!!! Let me first start off with the fact that Colton should be called "The Magician". His precision and professionalism in handling such a difficult situation as ours was astonishing . When we were told no by so many prior due to our situation including, credit under repair and a very tight budget. Colton stayed the course with us and over turned every stone until our dreams finally came true. It wasn't easy, but Colton's positive guidance and direction paid off tremendously! I would recommend Colton to anyone who's dream is to be a homeowner no matter what you look like on paper. Colton provides excellent coaching along the way and as long as you're willing to do the work with him, he'll help you reach your goals.
